Belle Tire

Called the location to inquire about a price to get an inside patch/plug on my tire. Spoke to Matt. Exceptional customer service over the phone as well as in person. I was told there would be no charge and was unexpected of this. The tire would need broke down, repaired, remounted. I thought for sure there would be a fee. The review is for the courtesy repair and the customer service level. Thanks to everyone who had a hand in helping me at my local Belle Tire.

I had a fantastic experience with Gerry at Belle Tire. From the start, he was upfront and transparent about the cost and process for my new wheels and tires, which I really appreciated. His follow-up was excellent—he kept me updated on my order every step of the way and managed my expectations perfectly. On installation day, everything went smoothly, and he had me in and out in just a couple of hours. Wifes tire was flat, so she took the car in. They told her tire cannot be plugged because the hole was in the shoulder of the tire. Well they lied, the hole was right in the middle of the tread. Took the car some place else and they plugged it no problem. They wanted to sell us a whole new tire. Don't take your car here, they are dishonest

I took my car here because I was told at Walmart that they could not get my stud lugnuts out. They were able to get me in right away and able to throw my spare on for me. I am beyond appreciative that they were able to help me. Could not recommend their service more. After a long stressful day they made my day a little brighter.

Took my car in for the purchase of four new tires. When the car was finished, I received a phone call that when backing out of the bay the cover for the shifter popped off.. I was asked if that cover had been loose and I told the gentleman absolutely not- he said they popped it back on so that I assumed it was fine. I didn't find out until after paying for the tires and going out to my car that the car would not go into gear . The gentleman walked out with me and in front of my friend and I expressed that bell tire was very sorry and that they would pay for all repairs. His specifically told me that they would have the Buick dealer take care of it. it's a Cadillac so I insisted that Taylor Cadillac make the Repaire . Once the car was towed to Taylor Cadillac, belle tire changed their tun
