NAPA Auto Parts - Forrest Auto Supply

Made an online purchase, went to pickup my order and the wherehouse didn't ship all of it. So the counter man gave me a credit for my online purchase. Then I made a new purchase for the same price. But on better quality parts. Very happy he didn't just say sorry here's the refund.

I didn't find this place as helpful as other places, they didn't have a big selection of stuff compared to other places, all though they helped me everyone was looking at me like I didn't belong behind the counter kind of like I wasn't one of the good ole boys so to speak like they had standing behind the counter watching everyone. I won't be back and stick to what I always shop with

Great customer service! They didn't have the part I needed, but went out of their way to make several phone calls and found it for me at a dealership. I so appreciate the effort in helping me solve that dilemma and got it fixed that day!

Amazing service! Today we ran into some issues with an Inverter in our van. We found thru the Forrest Napa network this store had what we needed. We arrived as we headed cross country. They had the new inverter ready, got us additio al parts and on our way. 100% satisfied
