First time there for anything. Vehicle inspection with plenty of laughs. NC Sheriff included. Thank you for the very pleasant and speedy service. My new go to.
I dropped off 2 dirt bikes with parts to be worked on. I was told that they would be done in 2 weeks. After calling there every month for 8 months I went and picked them up. They were never worked on. They were left outside and my sons dirt bike is missing parts off of it. If you drive by it looks like a junk yard with half worked on projects littering the front. The worst business I have ever dealt with. I was strung along for over 8 months. If they were honest and didn’t want to work on it they should have told me that they couldn’t fix them and I would have taken it elsewhere.
Very nice and friendly people, great place to get your vehicle fixed.
I have it on 'word of mouth' authority that Mr. Bell is a Goldwing Guru. If there's something wrong with your Goldwing, he's the guy to take it to. I'm a Goldwing rider now for 15 years and nobody in New Bern touches Goldwings. If there are any Goldwing gods in New Bern, they are a well kept secret. I will follow this up with my results when I go to see him.
