Trusting establishment with fast, friendly and fun service! Staff were quick with services and no unnecessary repairs or fees! Everyone made me feel comfortable. I was able to ask questions. Hard to find honest mechanics but they do exist right here! Also, they have snacks in a clean waiting area. I didn’t have time to enjoy one because my service was soo fast!

My van started to make terrible noises on my way to New Bern. I pulled off 17 and he was the closest mechanic to me, just 3 miles away. I got the van there, he told me it was engine and couldn't be driven. He was super kind to let me park my vehicle on his lot til the tow truck arrived. He was informational on what he had seen with similar vehicles and recommended a better van make and model for us moving forward. So grateful for kind people!

Honest and very friendly., but they charged me $115 for a diagnostic and my car is still smoking from under the hood. I took it in there for something leaking and told them I was going through power steering fluid. They replaced the power steering pump, but if you did a diagnostic you should of caught what was making it smoke. Any way $433 later and still got the original problem.

Charles and his team are literally life savors! I was having an issue with my AC and heard great things about this location so I thought I would give it a try. He warned me I may have a leak and put dye in there so we can catch it if it happens again. So far no issues but the customer service and explanation of the situation was very much appreciated! Thank you guys for all of your help and for teaching me and thing or two!
