I had a serious car issue on New Year’s Eve, effectively “stranding me” in the Newark area. Finding help the following day seemed impossible due to most shops being closed. Thankfully, Ms. Asia and Mr. Rudy, though fresh from a vacation of their own and only in the shop that day to prepare for the upcoming week’s work, were incredibly empathetic to my situation and went truly above and beyond. I cannot express enough gratitude and appreciation for them accommodating such a short-notice, off-day request. From allowing me to come in to have my car diagnosed, expediting the part I needed, helping me find and even dropping me off at a nearby hotel for the day, to having my car’s issue resolved and back on the road the following afternoon—it was nothing short of incredible.
