I had a great experience overall with this shop. The quality of the repair work was excellent, and my car looks fantastic. They made sure everything was completed properly and stood behind their work. There were a few unexpected developments during the process, but the team handled everything and ultimately made it right. I really appreciate their commitment to taking care of their customers and ensuring the final outcome was done correctly. In the end, I’m very happy with how everything turned out and grateful for the effort they put into resolving the situation. I would recommend them for their quality workmanship and willingness to make sure their customers are taken care of.

I wanted to wait a few months before reviewing the service, I took my brand new Mazda to Ben Clymers, I was very scared of having an issue in the future but zero issues after almost one year. They were amazing, the inspections was fair, they even gave an advice on other small details. They were very transparent during the entire process. They help me with the car rental as well. Until today my car has not given me any issues, they replaced the back bumper and performed a general evaluation of the entire car after the accident, they even showed me the old part that had been replaced. I definitely trust Ben Clymers in Palm Desert to have my car fixed. The front desk lady is a sweetheart, she is very helpful and understanding as well.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!!! Literally this is the ONLY PLACE i trust with my car issues! I have AAA insurance and the first time they recommended me to them, i saw the work they did on my car and seriously i dont trust anybody else! People are very nice here. They have coffee, bathrooms, and its organized and clean! Very professional!!!!! I highly recommend them...and i drive a brand new mercedes E-Class...
