Hello everyone. I first off want to say love my new Chevy but, things to watch for here . 1st off check the wipers . I had to pay out of pocket for a rear wiper, when I hadn't even owned my car 24 hours. They never botherd to look. Apparently Ben Davis blows there money, "and can't afford a 31$ wiper blade", on a 5 year old car I'm guessing. That wasn't even owned for 24 hours . Also watch in finals when you wrap up signing last paper work . They will rush you threw it, then later you find out the bank was told a higher payment then you was told, "neither you or the bank may know this", till you get your follow up call or mail saying instead of paying 429$ your payment is really 529$ a month . They will tell you your payment should be what you asked for. However it isn't always so . Always

I am questioning using their body shop for my car repairs with State Farm. Very minor damage to my vehicle, passenger fender and bumper clip broken. It sat untouched for a week. When I called for an update I was told a painter calling off sick was the cause for the delay. One painter made my vehicle sit untouched? Fast forward a couple days and I call for another update. (Notice how I'm having to make calls to be kept in the loop.) I am told that it is in and taken apart to check for any other damage. Cool, so I should get it back by tomorrow then? Do NOT use their body shop!! I had my car repaired here last fall. I originally wasn’t going to leave a review because they eventually “made it right,” or so I thought. Recently, I discovered a sagging interior panel caused by a broken retaining clip, something they clearly had to remove during the repair to replace the glass. I’m sure they would fix it if I called, but after everything I went through last year, I’d rather replace the part myself than let them touch my car again. So now I’m leaving the honest review I should have posted last year. When I first dropped my car off (on a scheduled Monday appointment), I received no updates for nearly five days.
