I cannot recommend Benjamin’s Auto Body highly enough. After being rear-ended on the freeway last month, I took my vehicle to them per my insurance company's recommendation, and the experience was seamless. Ketra, the front office appraiser, was a pleasure to work with and she kept me informed throughout the entire process and even coordinated my rental car. Not only did they return my car in pristine, like-new condition, but they also completed the repairs 3–4 days ahead of schedule. Thank you for the exceptional service!

Some folks have said that their work is fine, but their customer service skills (clearly a lack thereof) need refinement, or they don't care, so long as they get paid by the insurance company. So I made an appointment in advance, and showed up early (5-10 minutes). First impression: Clutter everywhere, papers, dead computers, parts strewn about, "stuff". I was greeted to confirm my appointment and they wanted the key to my 2yo 2024 Rav4 that was rear-ended forcefully (25-30mph) by a kid the prior Thursday while stopped at a stop light. "No, I can unlock it for you to get an estimate" I said. Owner and I went outside for the usual pics and assessment, no engagement, no "Hi my name is ..., what happened?" We went back inside, at which point she said "So can we have your key?" Nope, she ment

My mom and I had a great experience here getting her Honda CR-V fixed. It took a while to get an appointment, but they followed up a few days later, scheduled the repair, and completed the work sooner than promised. Grace at the front desk was amazing and I'm sure she was busy—with all the rain, snow, and three holidays packed into two months—but she remained professional and helpful throughout. I really appreciated the professionalism and communication from the entire team.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop! From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing. They kept me informed every step of the way, and I always felt confident that they were taking the time to fix my car the right way, not just the fast way. Even though the repair ended up taking longer than expected, they were great about communicating what was going on and why, which I really appreciated. When I finally got my car back, I was blown away — not only did it look and run perfectly, but they even detailed it for me! I have two huskies, so it definitely wasn’t clean when I dropped it off, but they returned it spotless — cleaner than it’s been since I bought it brand new! Benjamins fixed my car a few months ago when I was rear ended with minor damage. They did such a quality and professional job that when I was unfortunately hit again, I didn’t hesitate to immediately call them again to do the repairs. Highly recommend!
