This was my first time using Benjamin's Auto to service my F-150 and I do highly recommend the shop. Honest, good communication, good work at a reasonable price. I will not hesitate to go their again to service my truck and other vehicles.

What a disappointment. My grandmother insisted on taking her car here because she said Benjamin knew what he was doing and he was fair. She has a 2014 Nissan Altima and needed new brakes and rotors, front and rear. She had 2 bids 530.00 and 800.00 that she showed Benjamin, but told Benjamin she wanted to use him and knew he would be fair. She is elderly and on a fixed income and told Benjamin she had to borrow the money from her boss for this repair. On several occasions she asked him for the price to fix the car. Benjamin kept stalling and would not give her a price until she picked up the car. When the bill was 996.00 she almost fainted. She couldn’t believe he was 200 higher than the highest bid. My family owns a pool business with quite a few route trucks, this is the only place we’ll get them worked on. Benjamin has fixed a few issues other shops couldn’t find, always great communication, great work, and great prices. Now we bring every vehicle we have to him personal and business and I always recommend this place to anyone I know. I appreciate this place!!!

Benjamin to the rescue yet again, much appreciated! We have been using Benjamin for a while for all our vehicles. He has always been honest, affordable and very professional. I recently took my Jeep Wrangler to him after having issues for a couple months and a couple shops later, now all better. I should have just gone to him from the get go but I didn't want to bother him with a small problem. Well, my small problem became a big problem real fast. He could have charged me for a part replacement which would have oost over $1k just for the part but instead he was able to repair the part saving me $$$$. No job is too small or too big for Benjamin. Lesson learned, first stop will always be Benjamin's!
