This is the best O'Reilly's I've ever been to. James was such great help, I love how they have someone working there that knows about vehicles. Thank you James this is my number one part store to come to.

It's one most would love to be, and that's a manager, but this manager at this store (daytime at that) is a total shall I say rude girl. Kristen must hate her job, literally in to buy towels for drying of car, hand her my money only to have her throw my change back at me. Really, Go HOME THEN. Please allow someone that cares about the title to take your place.

I went in this morning. Two people in front of me were greeted as they walked in. I was not greeted. I was still near the front when someone else walked in and they were greeted and they were asked if they needed any assistance. I was never asked!!!! when I went to check out, The assistant manager didn’t greet me didn’t acknowledge me rang me up asked if I wanted a receipt that was it. he left my items on the counter and I had to ask for a bag. I had to be the one to say thank you. I did let him know that as an assistant manager, his customer service was extremely poor. That is not how a leader is supposed to lead, especially in an in where your customers are your bread and butter.

I recommend you go here first before going to the other local parts stores nothing more frustrating than not having the parts you need and/or the skilled workers to find the inventory Thus local Orielys has it all from the sr management to the 18 yr old kid first class all around
