My experience started on 3/28/25 about a RAV4 Hybrid. I inquired about it at 7:40 am. I got a call at 9:35 am telling me it was available. I called and stated I wanted to put a deposit on it. I called at 11:10 and stated I wanted to put a deposit on it right away (I was starting work at 1 pm). The next communication I got was from Jim Genoe at 3:23 pm. He said he needed information about my trade first. When I got home at 6:15 I texted him the information and pictures. I texted "can you please ensure no one else places a deposit as I am going to turn down two other offers". His response: "We need to put a number on your trade". Crickets. At 8:04 the next morning I texted again to put the deposit down. At 8:43 am he responded "sending photos to used car manager". He asked for

If you reach out to them once, they will stalk you for months on end. I contacted them about one used vehicle, six months ago, did not even go look at it, and I've had to block their number because they don't stop calling and leaving messages. The desperation makes me want to avoid this dealership.

What is going on with the service department? I’ve been a customer for many years and the service used to be excellent. It now is terrible. It’s almost impossible to get anyone on the phone and when you leave 3 messages in 3 days and they don’t get back to you it’s a real problem. I currently own a Range Rover sport and a Jaguar F Type R . I will be using a new dealership from now on for service and future purchases. It’s wonderful that you upgraded the structure, but more importantly , having friendly ,component staff , that actually gets back to you should be a priority.
