I bought my second brand new car from them. Couldn't be more happy with my purchase. See Jerry if you want an amazing salesman. He is very knowledgeable and can answer just about any questions you may have. The process was so simple that they got me in and out. I was surprised at the low interest rate they got me too!!! Purchased my car here 11 years ago new and have had all service done here every oil change and inspection everything, and boy has it gone down hill. experiencing an issue with my vehicle, which would require them to diagnose the problem I call in to make an appointment. They won't give me a time and say I need to drop it off for the entire day. I say sure, can we do that on a Saturday "no we don't do that on Saturdays." Thats fine so I ask if they could loan me a car so I can make it to work during the week they say YES we have loaner cars available we can do that for you and they will call me back by Monday (it's Saturday at the time of this phone call) Monday comes and goes no phone call. So I call them Tuesday to remind them of my situation. I'm put on hold and then told nope we don'

The service adviser my wife and I had greeted us with a soured face, and wrote a statement on the paper work that I didn't even say, we were there on March 14 2025, I would not recommend Lebanon Honda service department to anyone. It's sad with the price if vehicles today you can't even get decent service anymore.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Ben in the Bennett Honda Service Department. There were many obstacles that needed to be overcome so that my car could get back on the road again quickly. Ben is a MIRACLE worker! He moved mountains for me and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process with daily updates. We ran into a big snag with my car, but Ben figured it all out. He even called afterward to make sure all was working perfectly. The cost was less than half of what I was quoted elsewhere. I will use Ben at Bennett for all my future service needs!

If you love your vehicle, DO NOT TAKE IT HERE. I took my truck in for a recall and oil change. They stripped the plug on the oil pan and made an excuse to make me replace the whole oilpan. Took 2 days to get done, and it still has problems. If you need work on your vehicle, find a local mechanic you trust and stay there. Never go here.
