We are so fortunate to have discovered Bennett Road Auto Service. Caleb and the ENTIRE CREW are very honest, and helpful. They did not try to pressure us into unnecessary repairs, and they went step by step through what needed to be done and the prices are very, very good. We were smiling and very happy as we left, and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bennett Road Auto Service to anyone. They are very reasonable, explain everything to you, and are very hard workers that are actually trying to help the average person and not take advantage. Bennett Road Auto is a fantastic small local shop. Honest, reliable, and professional service every time. Caleb and Leo in the office make the process easy and stress-free — Leo was my advisor on my latest visit and handled everything from start to finish. They diagnosed the real issue, sourced an OEM part directly from the VW dealership so I wouldn't have to wait an extra day, and even gave me a ride home while they worked on it. They don't cut corners and they don't let you either. They also pointed me to the VW dealer for a sunroof repair that required specialized equipment they don't have — instead of improvising and charging me for it. That's integrity. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a trustworthy place to take your car.
