Bennett Toyota Service

Went for service center to see if they could order a part ahead of time to save double appointment. Told can't be done need to drop vehicle off twice. No solution no working with you. Called conicelli Toyota same thing but said let me transfer to parts and you can check the inventory to see timeline. Well they have the part in stock. Went back to service scheduled warranty work. Service desk people seem to be there to fill space not help.

Well 4 years ago I had a new axle put on my passenger front. Today I had the left front drivers side done with full transparency. I will attach a photo of the left one still in place which is 4 years old. The old driver side axle taken out today. Which has never been replaced. Companies should be transparent and not do shady work. Just imagine how many times they have done this. But definitely never again not with me! When the newer one is rusted over more than the older one. Make it make sense!

Had Service Dept. hold off on passing a state inspection because battery was slightly smaller than original. I was advised there would be no charge to return with the proper battery and would get the inspection sticker. When I took it back with the Toyota battery, the manager said he needed to reinspect the car. He agreed to not charge. I signed a paper saying they get $160 / hr labor. When I asked about it he said they were not going to charge. After waiting about 1/2 hour was told all was set and free to go. After getting home I found they had charged $37.10 labor ?? I guess technically they didn't charge for the inspection. But what a lying / underhanded way to treat a returning customer (10+ visits)

Love Bennett Toyota. The service department is always professional in friendly. Quick to get you in for an appointment. Extremely good prices for State Inspections. Will always wash your Toyota vehicle as a complimentary service anytime no matter what. You never have to make an appointment for car wash. Just drive up into service center & request a free wash. And that's at ANY Toyota dealership. Highly recommend the collision department if you ever need their services as well. Very professional & friendly as well. They keep you updated on the progress of any collision repairs & handle all insurance issues. Few yrs ago I needed their collision services & they had my vehicle in & out ASAP & the rental was handled all by them as well. I just had to show up.
