Bennetts Pit Stop Auto Repair

We were traveling from Tennessee to Michigan and my engine blew just outside of Fort Wayne. The tow truck dropped my car off at Bennetts. They were extremely nice and even drove us to a car rental company so we could make it home to Michigan. A few days later they confirmed that the car needed a new engine. I told them that I would come down over the weekend and put the vehicle on a flatbed trailer and haul it home. They only charged me a small diagnosis fee to examine the car. If I lived in the area Bennetts would be my go to shop. Good people!

There are so many good things to say about Bennetts. I was referred to them by another auto shop. I came and haven't taken my car anywhere else since then. They are AFFORDABLE. They don't nickle and dime you. They do excellent work. The customer service is outstanding. They really do treat you like family.

As someone who is very weary on where I take my vehicle to get serviced at this place is the real deal. I originally called to receive a quote and within half hour got a call back and scheduled a appointment. Due to work I wouldn’t be able to make it during working hours but they had a key drop off box and with a card with information on it. Got my car back next day they and at a very fair price. I always take into account online reviews and this place is 10/10 stars very much trustworthy business.
