Bennie Schenk Auto Refinishing

I knew the price was too good to be true, but tried to have faith in his word. When my mechanic friend asked if he could put it on the lift to see underneath the car, after purchasing it, he threw a FIT. He knew he was putting myself and my family in a dangerous situation. The suspension bag exploded 2 weeks after buying the car, I paid him Almost 400$ to replace it. Right after the screen showed the leveling system was off. I took it down there 3 times after and was told each time there was nothing wrong. I went to get an oil change and a very thorough inspection by a master mechanic, who took many pictures and printed out proof of the many things that were beyond dangerous. Would've gave zero stars but that's not an option!!! Beware of the cars in the gas station parking lot!!!! Sold me a 2011 Dodge caliber broke down before the 45 day tags expired!!! I'm out $3500 he didn't try to make it right didn't give a damn!!! Scam artist DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLES FROM THIS MAN!!!

These guys are crooks. Bennie basically called me a liar to my face. Got my car back after having new control arms put on. When i got the car back, the alignment was completely off. I took it back for them to straighten the alignment out about a month later and Bennie teied to make me buy new parts for it without looking at it. He made me feel like I was the one trying to get over on him. Its time he retires and lets the young man take over.

I can't say enough about Bennie Schenk's Body Shop. The first estimate I got from another body shop was $1,541. They also couldn't take me until the first week in October and was going to have to keep my car for 4 days. In addition, I had to pay cash, no personal checks, or a 3.5% fee for credit card (which would be another $53), plus they thought they might have trouble getting parts. I have had work done at Bennie Schenk's several years ago and thought he probably passed away by now. But went there anyway and here comes Bennie out to give me an estimate...$600.00! And he only needed the car for 2 days. I picked it up a little while ago and there was no evidence I ever backed into a pole. Replaced the whole bumper. No nonsense about parts being scarce. Owner Bennie is a shady fella. Had to take him to court years ago due to his actions. Beware of this place.
