I just want to give a huge shoutout to Javier for going above and beyond to help my son find the right truck. From the moment we walked in, he treated us with patience, honesty, and zero pressure. He really listened to what my son wanted and took the time to explain everything so we felt confident in the decision. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just making a sale. He worked hard to make the numbers make sense and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Seeing how excited my son was driving off the lot meant a lot to me. If you’re looking for someone who’s professional, respectful, and truly puts customers first, this is your guy. We couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Absolutely terrible experience with this dealership. The customer service is nonexistent. Every time you call to ask a question about your car note, they say “you need to talk to Ben,” but Ben is never there. No one else will help you, no one calls you back, and you’re basically left with no answers. On top of that, they gave me a ridiculous interest rate and put me into a 6-year loan with $700 monthly payments. It feels like they only care about getting you to sign the paperwork and once you drive off the lot, they don’t care about helping you at all. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else if you want honest financing and a dealership that actually helps its customers.
