Roma and his team were great came in to get an alignment and oil change. Took just about 90 minutes and even got a cabin filter switched cause it was nasty. The team was great the process was great they made sure any and all current promotions they had running were applied to my service. Would recommend to others. Thank you

Absolutely great service! They did an awesome inspection, I usually go to a BMW auto services needed it done today no other available time for the month with regular servicer an thus Midas was conveniently closer from me. Knowledgeable and proficient service . Definitely coming back! They are on NW expwy, bmw owners save a few dollars! I'll update if I have. Concerns, none so far.

I’ll advise you to go to Midas but not this one. As I was waiting 3 days for my vehicle I had to turn around and get it checked again after it died on me from getting an oil leak fixed that’s not fixed, my truck is still leaking oil. I seen a lady upset after waiting all day for her car and then comes and get it and walks right back in 15 mins later complaining then I seen her walking in tears as I was heading back up there!l the next morning (my 4th day). I also got a harmonic balancer installed and they installed the wrong balancer which does make a difference on my vehicle. They’re very persuasive and manipulative! We really need a service on bad service. I feel sorry for the customers and also myself! Not to mention I also now have an exhaust leak! Stop scamming people for easy fix to

had a great experience at Midas on NW expwy! I called for a last-minute oil change and tire rotation, and Roma was so helpful and accommodating. Even though it was short notice, they got me in quickly and took care of everything efficiently. Roma was professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth.
