I've had more good experiences here than bad by far especially since they have new guys at the service desk. Karl who works there has been great.

I can't say enough good things about Bentley sales department. I worked with Dan Collett on buying a new 18' 2019 Isuzu NPR box truck last week and he was fantastic. Great price and great service. He delivered it right to my business in lower Delaware. Would recommend him to everyone. Thank you Dan for making this sale so easy and for a good deal.

We are very pleased with the service at Bentley. Our sales rep., Jim Hawthorne is very knowledgeable about the Isuzu brand and competing products. Jim KNOWS commercial trucks. Business vehicles involve complex dynamics with third party beds, gates, lights, lifts, and other accessories. Jim held our hand as we put all the pieces together. We found exactly what we needed at Bentley Truck. Jim Hawthorne earned our business and our loyalty for future commercial trucks !!

If you are looking to be jerked around and have your truck of the street for weeks this is the place for you. It takes this company 8 days to replace rollers and a back door chord. The employees come off as chauvinistic "good ol' boys" who seem to have no taste for getting a job done swiftly. If you have the time and energy to persistently call them and remind them that your truck is still in the shop by all means this is your shop. I would never recommend these incredibly slow and overpriced shop. Whilst my back door was being fixed I asked them to replace a wiper. I wanted to save myself a trip to Walmart to do it myself. I figured it would be somewhere between 30 and 50 bucks including the wiper. 158 for a 2 minute wiper blade!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND GO SOMEPLACE ELS
