Yeah I was referred to this mechanic from another mechanic. I gave him one star but really I would like to give him zero. He did not do the work that I wanted him to do or install the parts that I had for them to install on the brakes. I had a driver's front rotor and pads, a passenger rear rotor and pads, I wanted him to order the rear brake caliper and I had a master cylinder to install and wanted him to bleed the brakes. Also had a brake line with a hole in it that I needed him to replace. Well I got the car back $665 later and nothing was fixed except for the brake hose and the new master cylinder and it was still only bleeding out of two breaks so leaving me with two breaks that worked, the same as what I had before I brought it to the shop. I have a 2004 Chrysler town and county and I didn't know what was wrong with it. My friend came over to help me and couldn't figure it out. I called benton auto and he told me that he couldn't get me in till next week. I was really upset and he asked if I could bring it now and I said yes. I got there and he looked at it with the scanner and within a half hour he knew what was wrong and had it fixed in a half hour. I am so appreciative for him. He was friendly and very helpful in letting me know everything he was doing. His worker was very friendly also. I would recommend him to everyone I know. Thank God for kind and understanding people.

I have been to Benton a few times and every time has been fantastic. Scheduling is quick and if you had an emergency like I had, they got me in right away. Very honest and personable staff. & when you’re all finished they give you a choice of new car fresheners! :-)
