Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

Normally I do not leave reviews, but my experience was awful! I signed up for monthly car washes. Payment was easy and the car wash was good. I went twice and then my third time I was told my membership was canceled because of the roof rack on my suv. The manager explained that it could cost a lot of money in damages if it were to come off and the staff that sold me the membership shouldn’t have sold it to me in the first place. I asked if I would be reimbursed for the month and the answer was NO. He stated the cost of my two washes was equal to the cost of a month. But I signed up for a month and not two washes. I could have gone elsewhere and wouldn’t have signed up if I had known it was only two washes. After back and forth all he could say was, “There’s nothing I can do for you. Have a

Amazing experience! The process is always very quick and smooth. Anytime I go, I am always greeted by friendly faces that make the process even easier. I also like that they have different plans to make it accessible for most.

I had the best experience with Jared! I was having trouble with one of the vacuums and he noticed and he took the time to help me vacuum the inside of my car! He was amazing and I will be back!

I think the car wash overall does a pretty good job and I like the amenities in the vacuum area. What could do with more work are the employees don't seem to want to pre-spray down the car beforehand which leaves your vehicle more prone to scratches. Especially if you have a lot of gravel dust from driving on gravel roads you have to go through the carwash many times just to get the gravel dust out of the cracks and crevices of windows and doors and deal with sludge dripping out after every car wash until it's all gone. I think this is very annoying and lazy. I've seen other tidal wave auto spas where they do that beforehand and it's top-notch service.
