Benz Connection of Naples

I can’t recommend The Benz Connection enough. We brought in our "new to us" Mercedes and were blown away by the service. Their prices are incredibly reasonable—far below what you’d pay at a dealership. Nina is a standout; she leaves nothing out when it comes to communication, so we knew exactly what was happening the whole time. They are just "very real people" who are friendly, efficient, and clearly care about their customers. They finished the work in just a couple of hours and even kept the car stored safely overnight for us. We’ve found our new go-to shop!

Great experience, awesome atmosphere and "give it to you straight " professionalism that shows how much they really care! This is a home run for any Benz owner thats tired of the dealer propaganda machine. 5 stars!

I was passing thru the area and my convertible top would not go up. I was in a panic as I was afraid it was going to rain. I needed help fast! Nina and Brian were a God Send. It took Brian 30 seconds to have my top functioning automatically. Unlike MB of Naples who wanted to charge me an exorbitant amount for something that took 30 seconds! If I lived in the area this would be my mechanic!!!

if A Zero rating was possible - would have made this place a zero. Awful. Stay away. Glad and lucky we took the car to the dealer after they purportedly ‘checked it’.

Very happy with repair. Great price and finished job in timely manner. Nina, receptionist and Brian, owner and mechanic are excellent. My MB is a 2011 i use Christian's on Marco for general maintenance and Brian for repairs.
