This place was great. I brought my Acura MDX in because a couple of engine lights had come on and I wanted to get an idea of what might be going on. Even though the shop mainly specializes in European cars, they had no problem taking a look at my vehicle. They kindly checked the codes for me at no charge and clearly explained what repairs and maintenance the car would need. I really appreciated that they were upfront about parts and pricing from the beginning, without any pressure or feeling like they were trying to upsell me. The shop and staff were professional, which immediately made me feel comfortable leaving my car in their hands. We received their contact information through word of mouth. First, they are extremely overpriced at $270 per hour, which is three times more than the dealership charges. Second, the manager or owner is very arrogant and rude. I was disgusted by the way he spoke to us on the phone - he chastised my husband for calling to inform him that we had decided not to proceed with his services because of the price. I eventually had to hang up. I would not go with this person even for free!
