Lisa was great to work with. She took the time to get clear video documentation of the failure and got it over quickly, which really helped move the claim forward. You can tell it’s a small business that takes pride in doing things right and staying thorough. Her communication was professional and consistent the whole way through. Definitely appreciated the extra effort.

We had both of our trucks in their shop within a few days of each other, they were very quick at getting them both done within 1 day. Very friendly front desk person. Will use them again.

We are visiting from out of state and our vehicle would not start the day we went to leave. We called around and kept hearing that it couldn’t be repaired for a few days or even weeks. The lady at Berdine’s said she couldn’t guarantee same day but tow it in. They had it fixed the same day at a reasonable cost. We were so happy with the service and staff and very grateful.

When I called lady who picked up was bitchy.
