I had the unfortunate situation of someone almost taking my door off n a parking lot. Their insurance company Progressive was horrible. My insurance company AAA was fanatastic and helped me out by recommending this body shop. The location is hidden behind a building but once you find it you will be in good hands. Dave and his staff are very professional and friendly and assured me they would fix my leased vehicles damages completely and correctly. They delivered on thier word. Only delay was due to parts which is not their fault. Great job. Thanks guys! I will recommend them to people I know for sure.

F C 7 reviews·1 photo just now New I took my car here for a driver side door, bumper and left headlight repair, AAA sent me here, my car was driving perfectly fine when I dropped it off, just those things needed repair. When I picked it up, my car is now driving terribly. The alignment is off, my dashboard headlights are not operating correctly, my backup camera light is not functioning properly and they refuse to take accountability for the changes in my car. The owner AGREES that this is not how I dropped off my car but says it was not them who did the changes! How can that be possible then? He claims no one drove my car but even the steering wheel was adjusted, I had to readjust it back to where I originally had it. The car is filthy and has a bad odor from whomever drove my car around

I brought two repairs to Dave and team and they did an unbelievable job on both. The first repair was on our everyday car. Seeing the quality of workmanship on this job, I brought my classic truck for them to repair. The repair exceeded my perfectionist standards. Lou who did the repair is a craftsman and artist. I’ll admire his work for as long as I have the truck. Sue in the office is great. I was called the moment the repairs were done. So great to have this level of service in this day and age and at a great value.

Excellent and courteous service. David explained the condition of the car and the needed/potential repairs. Sue had all the paperwork ready. The repair was completed on time, the car looks brand new, and we received a courtesy car wash. Highly recommend B/PC.

One of the most unprofessional people I've ever worked with. I was reccomened this shop by a friend. They installed faulty products in my car based on the direction of the insurance company. The first time they broke they didn't file a supplemental so the second time the aftermarket parts failed again and blew my motor it was the first time anyone filled for a supplemental was in December. He dropped my car off at Kia and left it there and didn't follow up with insurance. End result over a fender bender I haven't gotten my car back in 5 months
