Bergen Tire

These guys are great. Have used them for tires, brakes, and oil changes across a few cars now. They're extremely honest (and have told me a few times that I do not need work). Extremely easy to work with and they're always done on time for a reasonable price.

I don’t know why I’ve waited so long to write a review on Bergen Tire. My family has been going here for probably close to 20 years if not more. These guys are honest, hardworking and just genuinely good people. They’re always pleasant & a pleasure to deal with. They’re knowledgeable & good at what they do. Lastly they’ll never try to pull a fast one on you. They call prior to doing all work and will always make a point to work with you. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you to all the employees at Bergen Tire.

Been taking my cars post warranty to Bergen Tire for over 25yrs and they are the friendliest, trustworthy and knowledgeable shop of any kind. One of many examples is when I brought in my father in laws Honda for an AC fix which the dealership said would cost over $2k. BT reviewed and told me there was a recall on the AC and Honda should fix for free which they did. I bring my family cars to BT even though I live 40 minutes away as I know the job will be done properly, quickly and at super reasonable prices.

I was scheduled for an oil change/service at at a time I was prepared to wait for, as I arrived very early with no expectations. I sat patiently reviewing news and personal business when after a half hour, my representative approached to tell me that my car was done! I couldn't believe it! The job was completed an hour before the appointment! This accommodation was gratefully appreciated. Bergen Tire never fails to impress! They will restore some faith in humanity! Thank you again!

above and beyond expectations. had something loose hanging down from undercarriage of my car and brought car into retail dealer for quote to repair. they quoted $900 plus for what they described as a complicated repair. i declined. bergen tire secured the loose object in a few minutes and did not charge me anything for the repair. they have always been reasonable with fees charged and are honest about what is needed. they deserve your consideration.
