I was driving to Quebec and then my car broke down and then I went to the dealership. I had a Subaru Impreza 2017. and then they told me that was the problem is the battery And didn’t ask me that I need to new the battery and then I said OK I took a warranty for the battery and then I drove like 100 miles and then the battery is dead in the middle of the highway and then I towed the car to Newburgh . I called them and I told them you’re you told me that the problem was the battery and the battery was fixed and now I was driving in the middle of the road and then the car broke down. There’s there’s something you can do for me and He asked me to tow the car to them and it was. Chris Schlaier helped my family and I with our current subaru and all the previous ones too. He is very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. Anything we need we call him directly and he takes care of us, almost like family. I would definitely recommend to ask for Chris to everyone that needs anything Subaru related!

I’ve been a Ramsey Subaru customer for over 5 years now. This is my second car with them. Everything was very professional and friendly per usual. I took my car in for some fixes under warranty. They also did my oil change and a car wash all free of charge. As well as an over all diagnostic of my vehicle. This was also my second time having a loaner as well. Extremely convenient.
