Great experience. I showed up at closing and the guy took me and fixed my flat in less than 5 minutes. He was so nice about it even though he was closed. I really appreciate him for that. That's awesome customer service. He didn't have to take me. I truly thank him

I had a flat they sent a person to come put enough air in order for me to drive it the shop which was great. The only thing that I was discussed by were there prices. Just to plug my tire he charged me $50. Then i asked if i can get some air in my other three tires and he charged me $10 for each one. Which this is crazy air is ether free or a $1. These people are thieves. Never again.

The guys here are very helpful. They remember their customers and genuinely care about their customers! Thanks for all you have done with the explorer van! We appreciate you getting us rolling again!

My mom got a flat right around the corner and Geico was able to tow it to the shop. Repaired the flat within minutes and was able to send a secure payment through Zelle. Thank you Michael and Tony!

Found a screw in my tire and went to this place to get the tire repaired. The technician, if you want to call him that, took the tire off the car and took inside the garage. I thought he was plugging the hole where the screw was, instead, he brought it back out, put the tire back on the car and charged me $10 bucks. When I got back to my apartment, I inspected the tire, to find the screw still imbedded in the tire. Had to go somewhere else to get the tire replaced. I would not recommend Bergen Street Tire for any type of automotive service you may need.
