I drove a 100 miles and bought my new truck from this dealership around 8 months ago and the total experience was amazing. I recently had issues with my truck which can happen and called up their service department as the local dealships near my home wanted nothing to do with it as I didnt "buy the vehicle there" . I called up and spoke to a absolute gentleman named Craig made a appointment to drive 100 miles back down here to have it looked at . Not only did they line me up with a loaner as they knew I came a good distance to get here but they basically dropped what they were doing on a Saturday, put a really great tech on it and fixed this quirky problem i was having on the spot in one trip. Its sad to have to admit this but its so rare today in society that any business still cares

Happy to say my experience is always the same. Friendly and curtious staff, services done right and in a timely manner. Very comfortable taking my Acadia there for service.

The team members at Bergeys are not only accommodating, looking out for the valuable time of their customers, they are professional and truly a bright spot in my day. Each time they have my car, I know it will be well-cared for and my safety will be priority.

I drive the extra distance ( 45 Min ) just to have my car serviced by your service department. I have only ever had your location touch my 2016 TERRAIN.
