I have had my Mazda cx9 in for repairs multiple times and still have not had my car repaired properly. The cost of having the repairs is over $7000 and numerous mistakes have been made and numerous charges were added, which i had to dispute. After 2 return visits and my car being gone for a month my car is still not fixed.

The place is good, but the managers suck, I had a very bad experience and didn’t do nothing wrong all because of a coworker, I would not recommend this place and I’ve been in the business 50 yrs

Outstanding Service!!! Today was a very busy day for them at this shop & even though they were understaffed they made sure I was taken care of. Evan explained everything to me about the Mechanical problems once they were able to perform a complete diagnostic test. Evan made sure that I was well aware of the price before I agreed to allow them to work on my car. I apologize because I cannot recall everybody's name but I would like to thank everyone who worked with me and the mechanic who worked on my car. The guy at the front desk was very polite, & professional. You're all awesome and I am eternally grateful to you. This was done on 9/27/2019. Thank you and keep up the excellent job!!

I took my Honda element in to replace the starter. I knew it was the starter I just didn’t have the time to do it myself and I needed it done soon. They quoted me $1200. I looked up an average cost of a starter replacement in my car and it’s $300-$800. They claim the part costs $600 alone. I cannot find a starter for over $350 let alone $600. I decided I’m gonna do it myself. They charged me $180 for diagnosis when I knew what was wrong and told them. I will never choose to come back here again. They ridiculously over quoted me and then charged $180 for doing nothing.
