Berglund Kia-New & Used Cars

Beware the Berglund bone-us! This place tried to sell us a $1500 oil change and tire rotation package on an EV. Then when I told them to remove this package the monthly price of the lease mystically remained the same. After nearly walking out we were able to come to a deal but not after some intense argument

The BEST service department I’ve ever encountered in 26 years of automotive ownership. The manager Josh, personally came out to explain what was happening and began planning and anticipating solutions to my car’s problem, all to give me the fastest and most economical solution while keeping quality at the forefront. As smooth an operation as a pour of Weller 12yr. At a time swimming with service options, I’m glad I found one I can trust and the best one that I will measure ALL others by. A+A+A+

I stopped by today to look at a vehicle and the people there were super helpful. They made me feel like family. I purchased that vehicle. They made the process super easy .i will definitely shop there again.

My name is Evie Canada. I recently purchased a car from Kia of Lynchburg. My experience with them was excellent. From the moment I walked in until I left with my new car, the sales consultant Sky Danos was on point. He was friendly, professional, determined, and went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted. Chester Cook was also very helpful in this process. He also went above and beyond to get me into my new car. Wendy Aston was very helpful as well. I am certain that without the assistance of all these individuals I would not have the vehicle I have now. I bought a SUV from them last year, That experience was excellent as well. Joe Crawley helped me with that transaction. He went above and beyond to get me into the SUV I bought. I would, and have, told friends and co-workers to

Friendly staff. Place is really dated.
