Bergstrom Collision Center & Body Shop of Green Bay (Taylor St)

I dropped my SUV off on the 19th to have some collision repairs done. The original estimate was for it to be done on 1/27/26. They called me today (1/23/26) to tell me they had it done. The vehicle is perfect and they even detailed the inside. I have been to other collision centers and BCC is night and day better than any others in the city.

Dropped off my car on 02/02 estimated to be done by 02/06 but was called today stating it’s ready for pick up! Did a great job fixing some body work on my crv, even detailed my car and wired my Dashcam for me! Thank you!

Purchased a vehicle at Bergstrom Oshkosh on Jackson Street had it for a day coolant leak. They had it for two weeks. Got it back with the damage done no one would get back to me so I went to Bergstrom body shop on Taylor Street and got the best service from Bergstrom I’ve ever gotten and this is my third vehicle purchased from them. The gentleman Jay that helped me and heard my story told me he would help me out and I just picked up my Jeep Wrangler after having the damage equal in $2000 repaired that Bergstrom did, also minor repairs that should’ve been taken care of before the vehicle was sold and I appreciate them so much for all their hard work and I would recommend the Bergstrom on Taylor Street any day. I want to say thank you to Megan (front desk) and Dennis (driver) for proving how well Bergstrom treats their customers. Megan quickly heard what I was going through and jumped on the ball helping in any way she could. Dennis was the best driver I have had by far. Delightful conversation and manners. He even waited for me until I got my rental and it just made things feel a little more at ease. I will forever go back to Bergstrom. These two both embody what it means to care about their customers.
