Berlin Auto Wash

This is the best place I’ve ever been to to get my car wash. This is the best Carwash I’ve ever been to in my life. It gets people to clean your vehicle for you without doing it yourself. I can’t wait to visit there again.

If you want the best service and a clean car in 10 minutes then this is the spot. The staff is super friendly and very consistent in providing the best customer service. I can’t clean my dashboard in 10 min let alone have it dry and ready to go. 10 stars in my book ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came in for your number 5. You never vacuumed between the seat in second row seat. You smeared dirty nasty water on my interior door panels both driver and passenger doors. Threw my floor Matt’s in the floor, never put them where they belonged . The list goes on! This was a BRAND NEW vehicle and the way they left this vehicle was very unprofessional !! Then when I get home and see this I make a call to your store and the only answer your ( very unprofessional manager) tells me to bring it back. I paid to have the service done rite the first time, not to bring my vehicle back and forth. Once I told your “ manager “ this , she hangs up on me. I wouldn’t let your people wash a dog house with the way your employees treat your customers. And don’t even fire back with you smirky comment like

Today, I was truly disrespected. I stopped and got my car washed. They did a terrible job. I asked the manager calmly and respectfully, but he said to give him a second. They locked up and drove off without acknowledging my presence. I would pull the race card, but I will say it was an act of ageism. Berlin and Ocean city need training in customer service. Please note after I was told it’s what I paid for, I asked for an upgraded service. The young lady responded by appointment. Please do better. Also, don’t worry, I won’t be back. Be blessed, and remember God never sleeps.

Very disappointed with the level 3 wash I just received. There was still dirt and debris on the driver and rear driver passenger door arm rear as well as the floor that would have only take a single swipe with the vac and hand towel to clean. I’ll attach photos, but some were only cleaned after I mentioned the issue. The van and hand cleaning was 30 seconds each maximum. University Car wash in Salisbury takes 20 minutes each visit and they do a great job, this wash last maybe 5 and when I asked about the ash and dirt on the armrest I was told “That is not included”. You mean to tell me vac and regular wipe down isn’t included in a $25 car wash? Very unhappy with this wash, never have had this happen at University.
