Berlin City Nissan of Portland

Hate to write this but I know they have been waiting for this. I’ll make this short as possible. We leased a car on a Monday and were talked into a maintenance contract for 750.00 for a 3 year 30k mile lease. Well I got home looked at the manual and realized oil changes were every 10k miles essentially meaning I just paid 750 for 2 oil changes and a handful of tire rotations. I decided to call next day and they agreed to take that agreement back off the contract. I just had to go back and resign some paperwork declining the maintenance. I Did that on Tuesday. Then they call me back that Friday telling me their lender didn’t fund the loan due to a technicality on the buyout price we agreed on. They wanted me to come sign a new contract 5 days after we made a deal changing my buyout price b

I think I have spent upwards of 6-7 hours in dealerships historically and this was just much simpler. His sales team member (Tristan) listened attentively and knew how to bring value to my deal process. He actually helped the team get my vehicle ready since it was a slower day on the floor. Truly a great person to work with and was not pushy or sales driven. Lastly their finance team worked with me to ensure I got an acceptable warranty. They even helped me while the banks were closed on Veteran's Day!
