Bernard's Advanced Collision

Didn't want to pick a star but had to, in order to write this review. Let me make a long horrific experience as short as possible, sweet and to the point! Car was damaged in auto accident 9/2018. When I say damaged it had a a small dent in passenger back door lower corner. With that being said, the window still worked and the door opened and closed with no issues. In fact, I drove it for 2 weeks after the accident waiting on ALLSTATE to call me to drop it off at Bernard's and pick up a rental. On 9/21/2018, Bernards gave me an estimate of $9,240.28 for repairs. On 9/28/18, my car was dropped off. 10/1/18 ALLSTATE wrote an estimate for $1,619.26 for repairs. Highly recommended! Very professional and the most knowledgeable in town. We took our vehicle to an auto collision business that was recommended by the insurance company. They wrote an estimate for $9xxx and completely missed the bent frame (so glad we did not go with those jokers). Bernard's estimated $50k+ and determined that the vehicle was totaled. The insurance company agreed. Bernard's found all the damage up front and kept us in the loop on everything. They even let us keep a loaner vehicle for more than a fair amount of time and never hassled us about anything. These guys are super easy to work with. Tried to charge us $50 for an estimate on my car, I had 2 little scratches for him to look at and he said it would "take a while" to look at & on top of that we told him we needed the estimate for the police department to add to a report I made and he said with attitude "the police won't do anything about it so will you be paying with your insurance when they don't do anything." Friendly suggestion, if you want people to spend money on their vehicle here, the least they can do is have some respect!! 👎🏻

Bernard's was recommended by a local dealership and I was really impressed when they spoke to the insurance company and they said they were impressed that Bernard's knew the process and were really good. When an insurance company is impressed with their work and knowledge and a dealership gives a recommendation- you know your vehicle is in competent hands. The Bernard's fight hard to make sure the insurance company treat you right. They help me cut through all the insurance companies tactics and get me the proper value for my vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone. They are honest listen to your needs and will not be bullied by the insurance company.
