Bertera Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in West Springfield

I went looking for a used car and found several I was interested in within a good price range compared to the market. My salesperson, Jordyn Reil, was fantastic throughout: personable, no bs, courteous, and attentive. We had some issues related to the dmv and insurance (state systems, of no fault of the dealership) and she was there each step of the way communicating and offering support and options throughout to make the process easier. So happy with my new car :)

I bought my first Jeep at Westfield Bertera great customer service, 9 years later I go to west springfield and I meet Jordyn..heaven sent young lady worked with me while my father was in the hospital very understanding and not pushy at all. She got me into a lovely Grand Jeep Cherokee for the right car payment. Chris was also great in making the paperwork transition so effortless. I appreciate all their help and understanding.
