This person was recommended by someone else. I called, he did come promptly. I had an issue with my air. He claimed to know the issue and said he could fix it. Almost 1500 dollars later he tells me he isn't sure what is wrong and I need to take it to someone else. I had air originally it just stopped cooling when I was idle. After he attempted to fix it I had no air. At minimum he should have refunded the labor cost that he charged me. I just got my vehicle back from Honda and the parts he used were no good, so now I paid for double parts and labor. Today I was out of pocket another 2255.68. It is ok to not know how to do something or say something is over your head. It is NOT ok to take advantage of people, not diagnosis correctly, not take the freon out correctly, not vacuum the lines et

I got recommended to Bertha's Auto by another mechanic, Mr. Thomas serviced my 21 Toyota RAV4 and did a great job, he replaced my front and rear brake pads and did a transmission fluid drain and fill. Very reasonably priced, communication was great, very knowledgeable and professional and the service was on point! Highly recommend! Thank you Mr. Thomas!

Thomas came and fixed my sons car on more than one occasion. He was super understanding when I was explaining to him what was happening, even though I had no idea what I was talking about...he showed up when he said he would.....and he fixed the issue(s) fast. 100% grateful for him and his honest work!!!!!!

This man is conniving and dishonest. I had more problems AFTER he worked on my car. If I could give a negative star, I would. No receipts for parts ordered. I was overcharged. Do not recommend.
