Ok why did my original review get deleted lol the workers drive insane in this mill creek parking lot on a consistent basis. And don’t worry deleting my comment really makes me believe there’s great responsible people over there lol

Extremely unprofessional, unsafe, and discriminatory experience. I dropped my car off at 8AM and was told it would be ready by 4:30PM. Despite multiple calls throughout the day, they hadn’t even looked at the car by 3PM. When I arrived, the owner became aggressive, yelled, cursed at me, and racially profiled me after I calmly asked to see my car before paying. I felt so unsafe I had to call the police, who mentioned this wasn’t the first complaint about this shop. Women and minorities — beware. This business is hostile, unfair, and absolutely not a safe space.

I left the parts with him on April 22nd. At that time you told me the end of next week. 2 weeks later I had to call about my parts. “I need another week” next week I had to call again. “I need another week” the following week I had to go to his shop, at which time he admitted his tech told him he can’t do the work and he sent my parts to a 3rd party. Never telling me or getting my approval. I never got an estimate for cost or time. He told me this person is the best but needed more time. 1 more week. Every Friday I had to call for updates. Kept saying 1 more week. On our last phone call (June 3rd)I asked him “are you willing to put money on your promise that the parts would done the following Friday”(June 11th) He said absolutely. I have been here several times referred from a friend. They are amazing. Very professional. Down to earth. Honest and very skilled. Dougie and Debbie are always very nice. It is almost like having family work on your car. They are awesome people and I wont bring my car anywhere else. Everywhere else sucks

I was having car trouble, and went to the car parts store, in Penndel, to see if they could run a scan to see what’s going on. The man, said he couldn’t help me, but recommended BERTRANDS. I called them, from the parking lot, and they said they could see me immediately, trouble shooted my car, and also fixed my flat. I had my car back the same day! The owner was so nice, so knowledgeable, and an all around great guy! I will definitely be recommending these place for now own!
