Brought my stage 2 bmw 535i to them for engine misfire thinking it was the just the coils Gideon and best auto didn’t just slap a bandaid they took the time to properly find out why the coil and fuel injectors were failing not only that they still wanted to treat the car like it there own they dove deeper and uncovered a bigger issue that was the cause of everything and now car just like the beast she is thanks to Gideon and best auto I refer everyone to them my cousin other businesses they take care of their customers. I made an appointment on the phone great customer service. Gideon and Yakir were very helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. They were very welcoming and didn’t pressure me to get any work done to my car. They explained everything and gave different options. They also prioritized the work that needs to be done urgently and what can wait. I will say the prices are fair and reasonable compared to any shop I’ve been to that overcharge. I would recommend this place to everyone I will be going back for any future problems with my car. They’re a full service shop. I’ve replaced my tires, did an alignment, and got the breaks done too. Keep up the great work!
