I had a fantastic experience with Mostafa at Best Auto Repair. He worked on my 2014 Ford Escape and went above and beyond, replacing several leaking coolant hoses, a solenoid, and spark plugs. Not only was the pricing incredibly reasonable, but Mostafa also took the time to explain everything thoroughly and even showed me all the parts he replaced. What really stood out was his commitment to making sure the car was running perfectly, he personally test-drove it five times before giving it back to me, just to be sure everything was functioning exactly as it should. This guy does not know what he is doing, he is a scammed. Please read below. Hey Mostafa, I am on my way to your shop. You wanted me to pick up my car before 12pm. It was agreed upon that you will have my vehicle in the same condition in which it was brought to your shop because you have kept it for almost three weeks without any progress. I brought my car to you because the battery couldn't hold charge; after putting a new battery, you said it was not the battery but the alternator. You demanded for a specific high end alternator only, after you had put the new high end alternator, you decided it was not the alternator.
