Best Auto Service

I implore anyone considering this place: please do not go here. Ever since getting my brake pads replaced here my car has been making a huge squeaking noise whenever I step on my brakes. I asked some technician friends of mine why that was happening and they found that it was because very cheap brake pads were installed. On top of that, the invoice they gave me was full of spelling errors and they charged us for a front wheel bearing replacement, which I later discovered never actually happened. I hate to leave bad reviews anywhere, but if this review will stop even one person from going to Best Auto Service for any car work, then great. Please consider going somewhere else more reliable.

Wael and the rest of the staff are cordial and accommodating. The costs of the job was fair and reasonable. They are honest and only repair the problem. They test drive the car before releasing it to you if problem is resolved.

I recommend this mechanic shop to anyone that needs to get their cars repaired. The mechanic wael is very professional and honest and has one of the most fair prices I have seen.

Would not recommend this place, these people are unprofessional and the owner lied to me!!It took 9 days to fix my car and two days later it broke down again, I called the owner to explain the problem but the owner didn't want to take responsibility. Also,I got my car dirty for their own reasons and the owner took no responsibility for it and said my car was fixed and that was the end of it.He said i just spend 50 bucks that i can clean it , but i ask the shop they said i have to pay more than 200 bucks.thanks for him to teaching me a lesson in action.

I recently had an oil change at Best Auto Service and I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. Wally was very friendly and helpful, and they were able to get me in and out in a timely manner. I have had oil changes at other places in the past, but none have compared to the experience I had at Best Auto Service. I will definitely be returning in the future and would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of an oil change. Five stars all the way!
