I had the opportunity to work with the team at Best Body Shop late last year. They truly made it a great experience. There level of communication of how the process would work was the best I ever had in an auto repair. They over communicated with their calls with updates every M/W/F during the week. I appreciated the call even if I couldn't take it and even if they had no update of progress. I always knew where things stood. Most importantly they advocated for me with their insurance company in a manner I have not experienced before. Absolutely would recommend them across the board.

I was referred to Best Body Shop and I'm so glad I was! They accepted my vehicle in with little notice and had no issues with me dropping my vehicle off close to closing time. Instead, they offered me a walk through of their facility and WOW! Everything was kept to such great standards. The facility was clean and the definition of 5S! They did a timely and thorough inspection of my damages, even catching issues another place had missed. Throughout the whole process they kept a Google drive up to date that I could access at any time. This contained pictures, repair procedures, and so much more! I utilized Best Body Shop for a door ding my 5-year old created in the garage while opening another vehicle’s door into my 2023 F150. Best Body Shop was my 2nd stop to remedy the door ding, with my first being another body shop that I utulized in the past (with success in the past). The previous body shop I utulized on another vehicle initially quoted PDR work resulting in scheduling an appointment for repair (on my door ding). Upon taking the truck to the appointment the day prior for drop off I received a call (the day of when work was supposed to start, post consultation) the PDR option upon further review was not an option; with the repair requiring bondo and some repaint. I declined that option as I did not want to risk any paint not matching (antimatter blue with 3 different types o
