Best Buy Auto Sales

I went to Rte11 Best Buy Auto NORTH SYRACUSE STORE! I met George over the phone! He was polite, curious, friendly, polite, professional! I told him up front my situation! He went right to work in my file! Less than 24 hrs! I had my vehicle! I was so happy, but the real surprise was the vehicle, (with all the bells and whistles)! and my payment brought me to tears! I could tell George was really listening and trying to get me out of the Ubers and back to a real life! He went above and beyond for me and his customer service was a 10+ Stars!! I will strongly recommend this man!! He reached out to ask how vehicle was doing! George cares about getting the deal done and no bs he will do everything possible for you! Car was clean and drives smoothly! Thanks George!

Mike D is by far one of the best car salesman’s to work with, in less than a week he put me in to a vehicle I could have never imagined myself in. Mike never stopped trying and put more effort into my application approval than anyone else has. We had the absolute best experience at the Rt 11 location with George Graham , he worked very hard to get us the best price and deal that he could and it was a great deal! The car we bought looks brand new and we love everything about it, but more than anything our experience with George was the best, he was not at all a pushy or overbearing salesperson,he didn't walk around like he was stalking us like alot of sales people do, he was kind and considerate to us at all times...very personable and had an answer to every question we had...I would recommend him to any one of you need a hard working sales person to work for you I can't say enough good things about him, if I could give him a 20 star rating I would, so thank you George for all you did for us...😊😊...Jim and Karen B..

I had a very good experience awesome sales people I dealt with Todd Reid he was awesome salesman. He was very knowledgeable very friendly. I would definitely go back to him again.
