Amazing customer service! The female mechanic was so educational, when I asked about how to check tires she showed me and gave me amazing tips on better tire care. The other mechanic who worked on my tire was super friendly too. And the manager was very educational as well. Great place definitely worth going back! Everyone was very accommodating

Was not satisfied with the service that they gave me Came my Monday to order tires for my vehicle. Then told me that I needed a deposit.I have no problems with paying any deposit. They let me know that my tires will be there on tuesday at noon. I arrived at 12:15 PM on Tuesday. The man took my car in. It took all four tires off.It realized that there was no tires there for my vehicle. The man ask the manager, where the tires at, to my surprise my order never came in, as a saleswoman , told me that my tires will be and on Thursday. I feel they should have communicated with me. And let me know that my tires have not arrive. They should have called ,text or email me to let me know that the tires was not in the store. The manager act like he was lost. The last 2 times I interacted with Mavis I was not happy. Okay the employees at the Taft rd store got a customer back. They repaired a tire I did not buy from them and did a great job. Mike and Courtney offered great service and are great associates. Thank you.

My brakes were shot. I went in their yesterday 2/9 to see if they could get me in. The manager on duty said they would take me right in and replace front and back brakes including the calipers. My car was done within 2 hours. The service was phenomenal.

Scheduled and appointed online for new tires and called the number from my online confirmation to see about how long it would be for the service the person on the phone checked to make sure the tires were on hand and then told me that they should be able to complete service in about 2 hours. I said great and showed up at like 930 for my 10 Am appointment. Come to find out the store was super busy and this person I spoke to was at a call center and not the shop. The folks at the shop felt so bad about the situation but was unable to fit me in at that time frame but rescheduled me for a later time that worked for me the same day.
