Best Buy Auto Stop

bought a ram 1500 which i love and they were very nice and helpful throughout the process but 3 days after the check engine light came on and i put a scanner on and showed it was a gas cap so i thought nothing of it.. get to the winter and i go to turn the heat on and nothing i bring it to my mechanic come to find out not only was the thermostat shot but who ever did work on the truck before i bought it “replaced” a ton of things that were done incorrectly after i was told nothing was wrong with the truck and they inspect every car before they take it in so ended up costing me alot in the end

I am not satisfied with Dan and Best Buy Auto sales. I purchased a 2012 Ram 2500 from Dan himself. I fell in love with my truck and Dan was very helpful and he had a comforting personality or I thought, once I drove off the lot with my pick up truck I noticed days later that the check engine light came on. I reached out to Dan and he assured me that it was a simple fix and he urge me to bring it down to his dealership that he would take care of the problem, I came down to the dealership and Dan plugged a scanner on the Ram and came to the conclusion that he needed to swap out the gas cap once that was swapped out Dan then deleted the check engine light with the help of the scanner. Dan then asked me to keep an eye out for the check engine light, and if it was to come back on just give Dan
