Had a great experience at Best Tires and Buy! We needed new tires for our work trailer, and they had exactly what we needed in stock. No hassle, no waiting around trying to order anything — just quick, straightforward service. They got us taken care of fast. We were in and out with four brand new tires in less than 30 minutes, which is huge when you’re on a work schedule. The team was professional, efficient, and easy to deal with. As a walk in they fixed the nail in my tire in under 30 min! They were busy and still very pleasant. I also approve of the great rock music they were working too!

I remember a time when this business had exceptional customer service. I have had three very low quality interactions before writing this review! I purchased four new tires from them with mounting/ balancing along with future coverage of tire plugs and rotations with proof of purchase, I then went for a screw removal and was charged… The other two times I took four new tires in for mount/balancing and was turned away due to them closing in 32 minutes and the other time they were going to close in an hour. Mind you i called ahead for pricing of mount, balance and disposal letting them know I was on my way. Only to be told to load up my tires and come back another day. Seems as if when Sal is not working the quality customer service and purchased plug/rotation coverage is nonexistent. Very d
