Sam was very easy to work with. This was my first time buying a car on my own and I had some worries during the pandemic about test driving and being exposed to others during social distancing. She was terrific over the phone and gave me as much detail as possible to make the decisions I needed before coming in for a test drive. Once I was there, I was impressed with the professionalism and cleanliness of the lot and the vehicle I purchased. Other vehicles on the lot seemed stellar as well. Sam was amazing professional and beyond helpful. The car I purchased was clean detailed and ready to go. Coming in to her place of business I was kind of skeptical because I don't buy cars from Dealers. Sam assured me of everything and i left with a smile.. I came here because of Sam's excellent reviews, also hoping to have a good overall used car buying experience. Unfortunately that didn't happen for me, and I have been surprised at how Sam has turned out to be dishonest and unwilling to follow through with her promises. I ended up buying a used Acura TL after being assured multiple times that the car was in great shape and that there would be NO major repairs needed. They told me they performed a thorough "100 point inspection" on this car and I trusted that. I was even told that if any major issues came up in the first few days they would help me take care of them. Long story short, I ended up having to spend over $1000 within the first week on needed repairs that were made to seem like nothing during the car buying process. Dead batter
