NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE !! Don’t take your car here unless you are MADE of money and can pay for a rental and Ubers for MONTHS. No reimbursement, nothing. You call and they have no ETA for when the repair will be done because no one has looked at your car. I call up there and they say my car is ready… I get there and it’s the wrong car :) crash out in 3….2….1. Yeah! They gave me $100 but I could care less! Money does not equate to customer service. Everytime I go up there everyone sittin around looking crazy!!! Who works here!?!?!? The sales shop and repair shop should be reported to the BBB period. They delegate like it’s ran by 14 year olds at a McDonald’s. Yall playing with people money, life, career, kids , and SANITY. Then they just turn off the check

MUST READ‼️My GMC Terrain had 99 problems and Best of Michigan fixed ALL of them. I feel like I got a brand new Truck‼️Call and make an appointment today if you want a good reliable and professional mechanic shop!!!!!

I have no idea how they have received so many favorable reviews because their warranty department stinks… drop your vehicle off and your fortunate if they even looked at or access the problem in a month… terrible service…

Finally got someone to answer the phone (thanks Jenn)so I'll up my rate to 3 stars for now... but let's see how the repair work goes for the final review
