I’m not sure if this was because it’s tax season or if this is just how this dealership normally operates, but the experience was extremely disappointing. I came to the lot fully intending to purchase a vehicle. I walked around for about 10–15 minutes while employees were inside and no one came out to assist. After waiting another 10 minutes, with my sister in the car, I finally went inside myself to ask for help. Instead of a salesperson coming out, they sent someone who was not a salesman just to unlock the vehicle. He opened the doors and left. When I called to ask if someone could start the car so I could hear it run, they sent the same person again just to start it.
