Best-One of Indy

I left my house with my son to get to our volunteer shift at the humane society only to find that I had a screw in my tire and it was flat. I drove it over to Best One Indy and they immediately helped me. Not only that, the man at the desk stopped what he was doing and helped me pull my car up to the bay and took care of my tire immediately. Throughout the process, my son was watching and he was explaining to my son what he was doing, what the tools were and how they were used to help fix the tire. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and we made it to our volunteer shift. THANK YOU, Best One Indy for taking such amazing care of us!!!

Outstanding. Brett and his team take good care of my car every time I am in there. They seem to be very honest about their work, always offering options and not pushing things that aren't needed.

I took my Toyota Corolla to Best One to get a few things fixed and get my starter tested and they did an awesome job! I'm so happy. They didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need, which every other place does and they fixed my trunk latch and now I can open my trunk. They didn't overcharge me whatsoever. It's very rare that I find a place to fix my car that doesn't overcharge me and I'm very grateful.Thank you and I will definitely be back.

Had issues with fees charged on my receipt. I’m always worried about hidden fees. When dealing with unknowns (like cars). When I voiced my concerns. They stood behind their work and explained the process to me. This is what a business should do! I’m comfortable admitting they were right! The repairs I paid for are great! The price was fair. Thank you!

Tyler who is the manager at this location was awesome! So was his staff. What impressed me the most was the communication. I will certainly return to this store.
